Welcome to issue 17 of Awesome Earthmovers and a happy new year to all our readers. We’ve got some great features for you which span thousands of miles across the globe. These include a Kobelco SK210-11E working on a wind farm project in Germany and a trio of Komptech windrow turners on a farm in Washington state, USA. We also have a story from Norway on social media influencer/ operator Martin Johansen aka ‘The Norwegian Earthmover’.
We have material handlers covered with an article on three Fuchs 390Fs supplied to Atlas Commodities by Blue Group. Singleton Birch have just purchased a top of the line Case CX750D complimenting the rest of their large Case fleet which includes wheel loaders and backhoes as well as smaller Case excavators. We were there to bring you the story and capture footage of the 75-tonne excavator in action.
