Our cover story features Southern California contractor LB3 Enterprises working a new housing development using a fleet of Cat 657 scrapers – the largest in class. We were on site in Rancho Mission Viejo to see the scrapers and Cat D10 dozers moving 9.5 million cubic metres of earth.
