ProStack Launches 150ft TW 36-150 Telescopic Conveyor for North American Market

ProStack®, a leading manufacturer of bulk material handling equipment, has expanded its product offering with the launch of the TW 36-150, a 150-foot (46-metre) radial telescopic conveyor purpose-built for the North American market. Manufactured at Terex’s 100,000-square-foot facility in Mount Vernon, Missouri, the new conveyor combines impressive stockpile capacity with tool-free deployment for maximum efficiency.

Designed for demanding applications in quarrying, mining and other bulk material handling operations, the TW 36-150 offers a telescopic reach of 150 feet and radial capability. It can achieve stockpile heights of up to 48 feet 10 inches (14.9 metres) and accommodate up to 102,696 cubic yards (78,517 cubic metres) of material.

Meeting the transport needs of North American operators, the TW 36-150 is fully road towable and comes with a tow hitch as standard. By manufacturing in Missouri, ProStack can ship conveyors directly to dealers by road, eliminating the need for on-site assembly and reducing lead times.

The conveyor also incorporates a range of features aimed at improving operational performance and product quality. Standard automated stockpile patterns help minimise segregation, degradation, contamination and compaction, ensuring superior material handling. A user-friendly design and tool-free deployment system enable quick setup without additional tools or labour, reducing downtime on site.
