With HS2 reportedly requiring more than 700 ADT’s during the building phase, these latest additions to the fast-growing fleet at Plantforce will help meet high levels of demand. But for Plantforce, it is quality as well as quantity, as they strive to maintain their high standards.

Despite being a new name in the ADT market, Rokbak has a leading heritage after manufacturing trucks in Scotland for more than eight decades under the former brand of, Terex Trucks.
From their factory in Motherwell, Rokbak (part of the Volvo Group), have seen record orders from the UK market this year. This acts as a shining example of the benefits being felt by the HS2 supply chain throughout the UK.

The Rokbak RA30 in its new distinctive paintwork, is a 28-ton articulated hauler and offers a heaped capacity of 17.5 m3, powered by a Scania DC9 engine generating a gross power of 276 kW (370 hp) with a maximum torque of 1880Nm. This Stage V engine combines perfectly with the adaptive shifting transmission to provide excellent fuel economy.
Plantforce, Chief Operating Officer, Samuel Mercer said, “These latest Rokbak haulers will make a great addition to our already substantial ADT fleet.
